The World Rainforest Fund, founded by the distinguished evolutionary biologist David Seaborg, is a leading non-profit environmental group, working to promote biodiversity, save endangered species from extinction, prevent global warming, and protect delicate ecosystems from destruction. Science demonstrates that through photosynthesis plants play a vital role in converting carbon dioxide to oxygen. So conservation of both tropical and temperate rainforests is essential if we are to avoid the greenhouse effect, which has already caused severe droughts and had a devastating effect on the earth's atmosphere. But we need your help. Please donate to the World Rainforest Fund in order to save trees and wildlife habitats from clearcutting, and to promote public awareness of ecology and the inter-relationship of all forms of life on this planet.
